Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：115° 48′ 北纬：41° 21′ 海拔：1676 建筑形式：烽火台坍塌成圆丘状，底部直径约18米，顶部直径约4米，高约6米。烽火台南侧紧临壕堑，东、西、北三面有三道围墙，三道围墙的南端均与烽火台相交，南侧除壕堑外不设围墙，其余三面围墙最外边的围墙残存40米，中间一道残存35米，与烽火台相临的围墙35米，三道围墙其高度约1.5米，沟宽2.2米。东北侧大面积已被挖毁，围墙近不存，风雨侵蚀将威胁到烽火台本体。不详 材料：石 附近遗存：距梁头04号烽火台直线距离约550米。
