Details:长城类别：关堡 经纬高度：东经：114° 32′ 北纬：40° 56′ 海拔：1208 总体情况：角台内侧坍塌，尺寸为南北长12.16米、东西长10.68米，最高处高7.57米。不详。位于万全县万全镇新河口堡，现关城南面墙体已基址无存，尚存北墙、西墙东墙段落，且坍塌严重，北墙土墙长297米，西墙长353米，东墙长358米。 新河口东墙现状共三个豁口总长155米，墙体顶宽1.85米、外高6.31米、内高4.64米。东墙中部有马面一座，座标为N405652.7E1143227.81271，尺寸为南北长8.7米、东西长4.78米，最高处6.23米。东北角有角台一座，座标为N405658.5E1143226.61225，尺寸为南北长12.16米、东西长10.68米，最高处高7.57米；北墙墙体城墙北内侧已坍塌成大漫坡状，且长满杂草，内墙被民房占据，墙体尺寸为墙上宽3.46米，内高2.89米、外高4.73米。北墙在西北角处有豁口一个长53米，北墙有马面一座，座标为N405658.0E1143218.61226，由于坍塌严重尺寸已无法获得。西北角有角台一座内侧被民房占据，外侧酥减严重，西北角台座标为N405657.5E1143214.21227，尺寸为南北长12.70米、东西长9.76米，高7.12米；西墙有豁口两个共长50米，墙上宽3.78米，外高6.28米、内高3.02米。西墙中间位置有马面一座，坐标为N405651.7E1143215.31215，尺寸为南北长12.86米、东西长5.27米，高9.05米。西南角有角台一座，角台顶部坍塌严重，外立面酥减严重。西南角台坐标为N405646.2E1143215.71208，尺寸为东西长13.6米、南北长11.93米，高9.33米。西南角台方位为北偏东5°，收分为10--12°；墙体坍塌严重顶部长满杂草，两侧被当地居民当做院墙南段墙体基址已被当地居民盖上了房子。 附近遗存：
